  7. Enzyme has some characteristics, such as composed of protein, easily influenced by environmental change, as a catalyst, function specifically, active in reverse and required in small amount.
  8. Enzyme work by helping reacting the substrate which occurs in the actives side of enzyme. There are two hypotheses lock and key hypothesis and induced fit hypothesis.
  9. The factors influencing enzyme reaction rate are temperature, pH, inhibitor, and substrate concentration.
  10. Based on the work site enzyme is distinguished into endoenzyme and exoenzyme. Based on the way The enzyme works is distinguished into oxidoreductase transferase, hydrolase, lyase, isomerase and Ligase.
  11. Respiration is a process of energy release through chemical reaction by using oxygen (aerob) or without oxygen (anaerob).
  12. Aerobic respiration occurs in three stages, glycolysis, Krebs cycle, and electron transport.
  13. Anaerobic respiration through glycolysis and ends with alcohol or lactic acid synthesis.
  14. Photosynthesis is a process of using sunlight energy to convert water and carbon dioxide into food.
